ORDER PREPARATION
Models available in stock are prepared after payment confirmation. Their estimated delivery time is shown before the order is confirmed.
Gemini is offered to order, with full payment when ordering. Its estimated delivery time is 12 to 15 weeks from the order date. This period includes preparation and delivery.
FREE DELIVERY
Delivery is free, with no minimum order value, within Switzerland and abroad to destinations offered at checkout.
Remora Watches charges no initial shipping fees.
DELIVERY TIMES
Stated delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by customs formalities or transport disruptions, among other factors.
If we become aware of an anticipated delay, we inform you by email and provide an updated estimate. Your rights in the event of delay remain reserved.
TRACKING AND RECEIPT
When tracking is available, the number is emailed to you after dispatch.
On receipt, check the condition of the parcel and watch. In the event of damage or a missing item, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, at info@remora-watches.ch with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the packaging and product.
This recommended 48-hour period does not limit your warranty or conformity rights.
If your parcel appears lost or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
Free international delivery covers shipping costs.
Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees charged in the destination country remain the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing. They are not included in free delivery.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED PARCEL
Please check your address before confirming your order and inform us promptly of any error.
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, reshipping costs may be charged. The amount will be communicated to you for agreement before any further dispatch.
You will not be charged reshipping costs if the return results from a Remora Watches error.
