Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning the product, it is mandatory to first contact sales@remora-watches.ch to clarify shipping details.
Refunds
Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days.
Order Cancellations: Your refund will be made by crediting your credit card or original method of payment. All transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

VAT refund

Il est de la responsabilité du client d’obtenir le remboursement de la TVA. Veuillez contacter votre douane locale pour plus d’informations.
Pour les clients en Suisse, en Autriche, en France et en Allemagne, le client est généralement responsable du remboursement de la TVA. Cependant, REMORA Watches peut prendre en charge la réclamation si une procuration correspondante est délivrée et payer le montant total au client.

Warranty claims are only considered if you provide valid proof of purchase. The following documents will be accepted as proof of purchase: An official warranty card, the original receipt or delivery document, a bank or credit card payment slip.
Crystals, bracelets and buckles are warranted against manufacturing defects only, and not against excessive force, improper handling or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims are not valid in the following cases: i) damage related to transport and delivery, ii) damage related to normal wear and use, iii) damage due to humidity, iv) damage related to mistreatment not in accordance with the user manual, v) damage related to unauthorized service or repair.
Politique d’expédition
Generally, delivery times are between 5 and 15 days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding. Depending on the country of delivery, it may take longer, particularly due to customs controls. Remora Watches will not be responsible for any delays due to an extension of the delivery time.
Shipping costs are free.
Products will be shipped worldwide, with insurance and tracking information. We are not responsible for import permit fees and/or other charges that couriers may add.
The customer is responsible for any import customs duties, VAT, or any related taxes applicable in their country and should be aware of them before purchasing (customers from the European Union included; Switzerland is not part of the European Union). We ship our watches from Switzerland.
In the event that the product cannot be delivered due to the customer's fault, the return and resend costs will be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the purchase, the refund will be made after deduction of delivery costs and any other costs that Remora Watches had to bear in connection with the return of the product.
In case the product could not be delivered due to customer's non-payment of customs fees, permit fees due to remote area or out of town or if customs refuses the product for any reason whatsoever, Remora Watches has the right to cancel the order. All payments made will be refunded, less delivery costs and all other costs that Remora Watches had to bear in connection with the return of the product.
Some shipping restrictions may apply due to certain national regulations. Before ordering, the customer must ensure that there are no shipping restrictions in their country. Remora Watches is not responsible for any delivery issues due to national restrictions. If delivery is not possible due to national restrictions, the order will be canceled. The price will be refunded less shipping and other charges. Remora Watches does not deliver to PO boxes.
