Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning the product, it is mandatory to first contact sales@remora-watches.ch to clarify shipping details.
Refunds
Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days.
Order Cancellations: Your refund will be made by crediting your credit card or original method of payment. All transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Trades
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@remora-watches.ch
Shipping
To return your product, it is obligatory to first contact sales@remora-watches.ch to clarify shipping details.
Please note that shipping costs for returning the product are your responsibility.
You return the watch on your own, and therefore we will refund you the full amount of the product(s).
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
VAT refund
For customers located outside of Switzerland, France, Austria or Germany, REMORA Watches refunds the purchase price excluding VAT in the event of a watch being returned. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain a VAT refund. Please contact your local customs for more information.
For customers in Switzerland, Austria, France and Germany, the customer is generally responsible for VAT refund. However, REMORA Watches can take over the claim if a corresponding power of attorney is issued and pay the full amount to the customer.
Guarantee
Before being shipped, all watches are very carefully inspected by REMORA Watches quality control to ensure they are in perfect working order and meet the highest quality standards.
All watches offered for sale on this site are covered by the 24-month international warranty of REMORA Watches against any manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims are only considered if you provide valid proof of purchase. The following documents will be accepted as proof of purchase: An official warranty card, the original receipt or delivery document, a bank or credit card payment slip.
Crystals, bracelets and buckles are warranted against manufacturing defects only, and not against excessive force, improper handling or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims are not valid in the following cases: i) damage related to transport and delivery, ii) damage related to normal wear and use, iii) damage due to humidity, iv) damage related to mistreatment not in accordance with the user manual, v) damage related to unauthorized service or repair.
